Musoshin Ramen is originally from Kyoto. We are best known for our light yet rich vegetable, pork and chicken based ramen broths. They are smooth yet bold in flavour without the oily sensation of traditional broths. Our pride lies in our in-house made noodles that are freshly made to match our unique broths.
